LedgerRoom records income and expenses you enter. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, does not perform double-entry bookkeeping, and does not file anything with any authority on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
The figures you enter remain yours. You may export them at any time, on any plan. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to advertise to you.
Free plan limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Card payment is not currently connected; paid plans are arranged directly with us until it is.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose — the export tools are there for exactly this.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or that puts the service at risk.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for business losses, lost profit, or decisions taken on the basis of figures entered into the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on the account before they take effect.
